1 out of 5 stars Worst camera ever   November 30, 2008
Robert A. Budrick Jr. (Milford, Nh United States)
I can not say enough how much I would dissuade anyone from buying this camera. During the time it actually worked it ate batteries like you wouldn't believe. You'd be lucky to get 10 pictures out of it before they died. Then, the camera stopped working altogether after a few months (maybe 3 or 4 uses, to be more accurate). It won't even turn on now. Also, I removed the memory card from the camera and put it in my flash drive reader to see if I could recover any of the pics taken over those 3 or 4 months it worked. NONE were there. The directories were there, but the pics were not. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!

1 out of 5 stars Poor product   September 17, 2008

Very poor product, Terrible image resolution, zoom did not function properly. There are many cameras out there offering a better value for the $$.... Vendor was very good about refunding my money..

5 out of 5 stars Don't believe the two negative reviews here   November 11, 2007

This really is a wonderful little camera. I've had mine for about 3-4 months and never had any problems with it. Sure it uses batteries fast, all digital cameras do though. The controls are very easy to work, the LCD screen is first rate, the camera is easy to hold and point and shoot with, and you can take some very high resolution photos with it.

It interfaces with my PC effortlessly.

I really have no complaints at all about this camera. And if you are looking for a camera in this price range, you can't beat this little model.

2 out of 5 stars battery does not last   October 5, 2007

I wouldn't recommend this camera to anyone. This camera eats up batteries like it was made by Duracell!! I will throw this away and get another one.

3 out of 5 stars Definitely a Disappointment.   April 2, 2007

I bought this camera on an impulse, without doing much research, and have regretted it almost since day one. While photo quality is fine, the camera is VERY slow. After the camera is turned on, I have to wait for it to "warm up," and then, if I'm inside, I have to turn the flash on, which requires another "warm up" period. It's impossible to get spur of the moment, once in a lifetime images with this camera, because anything you'd want to take a picture of has to remain still for what seems like an eternity. In addition, the picture taking itself is lengthy...subjects have to wait for two flashes, with almost a second between them...which means that almost all shots of children are of them looking away, having thought the picture was taken. In addition, many times when using the camera indoors, I'm unable to see the subject in the LCD screen, because there's not enough light. The flash allows for the picture to turn out just fine...but often things are off center or not how I wanted them...because I couldn't see where things were situated in the frame. I do like the photos I've taken with the camera...as I said, the quality is fine...(some images are a little washed out...but not the majority)...and I'll keep it as a backup, but overall I've been VERY disappointed, and I've since bought another camera to replace this one.
